Returns

1.      Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate a return.

2.      Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Returned products must include the original packaging and any accessories, manuals, or promotional gifts included.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

3.      Return Process

 Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email at team@11pm-studio.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Packaging and Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Carefully package the items to be returned and attach the return label.

Receipt and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4.      Return Costs

Returns within the EU are free of charge. For international returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

5. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Sale or discounted items and personalized or custom-made items.
